F&Z Meeting Minutes <br /> December 4, 1990 <br /> page three <br /> Commission member Welk stated that they have the appearance of <br /> row houses. The amount of traffic coming out on to Wacota Drive <br /> could be a problem. <br /> • <br /> Chairperson Tourville questioned Mr. Rehbein where the holding <br /> ponds would be located. <br /> Mr. Rehbein stated that he still would keep the holding ponci in <br /> the center of the forty acres, or that he could place them near <br /> the proposed tennis courts. <br /> Commission member Welk questioned the snow removal. There does <br /> not appear to be a lot of space for snow to be stored. <br /> Mr. Rehbein stated that if there was problem they would bring in <br /> trucks and loaders. <br /> Chairperson Tourville noted that there is a the potential of <br /> thirty -two vehicles coming out on to Wacota Street. He also <br /> questioned where Wacota Drive would be placed. <br /> Mr. Rehbein expressed that Wacota Drive could be lined up with <br /> Cardinal Drive. <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by Drilling to recommend to the City <br /> Council the approval of the concept of the Gerald Rehbein's <br /> revised sketch plan for the Golden Meadows Development; Wilbarber <br /> - aye; Welk - aye; Vermeulen - aye; Drilling - aye; Tourville- <br /> nay; motion carried. <br /> Chairperson Tourville noted the reason why he voted nay was that <br /> he would prefer to see more imagination to the sketch plan. The <br /> i -r t, Planned Unit l onment is to Pave <br /> purpose of deveioyiiig under the - - <br /> make the plan unique. In his opinion, this revised sketch plan <br /> does not fit the criteria outlined in Ordinance #4 for a Planned <br /> Unit Development. <br /> Preliminary Plat Review Checklist <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by Drilling to direct City Staff to <br /> separate the Preliminary Plat Review Checklist in different <br /> categories according to color and compare the changes with the <br /> original Preliminary Plat Review Checklist, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Chairperson closed the regular meeting. <br />
