They <br /> should both read "MINIMUM GROUND FLOOR AREA OF LIVING SPACE" or <br /> "MINIMUM LIVING SPACE PER UNIT (SQ. FT.) ". <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission discussed " MINIMUM LIVING <br /> SPACE PER UNIT (SQ. FT.)' noting that this deals with space on <br /> all floors versus ground floor only. <br /> Commission member Wilharber felt that some one could build a two <br /> story unit with 525 feet on the first floor, and 525 feet on the <br /> second floor. <br /> Commission member Drilling questioned as to what is classified as <br /> a unit. <br /> Chairman Tourviile expressed that in view of the above concerns <br /> that he would prefer the wordage of ground floor area of living <br /> space. <br />
