SUBDTVTSTON PLATS 43.03 -6 <br /> Discussion on the proposed amendment to Ordinance #8, Subdivision <br /> Plats 43.03 -6 <br /> now reads: Layout of lots, including dimensions, <br /> square footage, numbers, building <br /> setback lines or front yard lines; <br /> location and widths of easements; <br /> amend to read: Layout of lots, including dimensions, <br /> square footage, numbers, front yard <br /> lines, building setback lines on odd <br /> shaped lots; location and widths of <br /> easements. <br /> Chairman Tourville summarized the proposed amendment to Ordinance <br /> #8, Subdivision Plats 43.03 -6. <br /> Discussion took place as to whether or not odd shaped lots was a <br /> clear definition. It appeared to be the general consensus of the <br /> Commission that odd shaped lots was not very defined. Commission <br /> member Welk suggested changing odd shaped lots to non - <br /> rectangular lots. John Stewart, City Engineer, was also in the <br /> opinion that non - rectangular would be better than odd shaped or <br /> irregular shaped lots. <br />
