It <br /> appeared to be the general consensus of the Commission that it <br /> would be a good Guide to have for prospective developers to look <br /> at. It also appeared to be the general consensus of the <br /> Commission to have the pages dated, as to insure that the most <br /> current copy is available. <br /> Motion by Wilharber, second by Drilling to accept the concept of <br /> the Centerville Residential Development Guide with the addition <br /> of dating the pages as to insure that current copies are <br /> available, motion carried unanimously. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> CENTERHILT, DFVET,OPMENRT - PROPOSED SRETCH PLAN <br /> Discussion on the sketch plan for the proposed Centerhill <br /> Development. Gerald Rehbein, developer of the proposed <br /> Centerhill Development was present. Mr. Rehbein noted that this <br /> development would be completed in three phases, with the first <br /> phase being North of the Hardwood Pond Estates II development. <br /> Centerhill Phase I would be R2A, with 27 lots. <br /> Commission member Welk questioned Mr. Rehbein what his intentions <br /> for park dedication would be. Mr. Rehbein expressed that Park <br /> and Recreation Committee could have money for park dedication. <br /> Liaison Pelton noted that Park and Recreation committee would <br /> like land in the North East corner for ballfields, ice rinks, <br /> ect. <br />
