CENTERVTJ,J,F RESIDENTTAJ, DEVELOPMENT GUIDE Discussion of the Centerville Residential Development Guide. It appeared to be the general consensus of the Commission that it would be a good Guide to have for prospective developers to look at. It also appeared to be the general consensus of the Commission to have the pages dated, as to insure that the most current copy is available. Motion by Wilharber, second by Drilling to accept the concept of the Centerville Residential Development Guide with the addition of dating the pages as to insure that current copies are available, motion carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS: CENTERHILT, DFVET,OPMENRT - PROPOSED SRETCH PLAN Discussion on the sketch plan for the proposed Centerhill Development. Gerald Rehbein, developer of the proposed Centerhill Development was present. Mr. Rehbein noted that this development would be completed in three phases, with the first phase being North of the Hardwood Pond Estates II development. Centerhill Phase I would be R2A, with 27 lots. Commission member Welk questioned Mr. Rehbein what his intentions for park dedication would be. Mr. Rehbein expressed that Park and Recreation Committee could have money for park dedication. Liaison Pelton noted that Park and Recreation committee would like land in the North East corner for ballfields, ice rinks, ect.
