Absent: <br /> Vermeulen. <br /> Motion by Lindgren, second by Drilling to approve the minutes of <br /> the August 2nd,1988 meeting (including the revised page #5), <br /> notion carried unanimosly, <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> DiSCUSSicill of Hardwood Ponds preliminary plat. <br /> ion by Drilling, second by Lindgren to recommend City Council <br /> accept the preliminary plat for the south ten acres of Hardwood <br /> Ponds subdivision, contingent upon the submission of all items <br /> addressed in Ordinance #Th Article 4, Section 43. - Preliminary <br /> Flat, 43.82. SITE MAP. (43.0 -2, - 3. -4, -5, -8, -7, -8, and <br /> -9.), 43.03. SUBDIVISION PLAT (43.03-5) and 43.04 ENGINEERING <br /> PLANS (43.04-1, -2, and -3); that all lots have at least 80 feet <br /> of .frontage; and contingent upon favorable results of the testing <br /> for possible contamination from the possible storage of foundry <br /> sand at the site; and that next plat show Brian Drive as a 66 <br /> foot road; motion carried unanimously. <br /> Drive <br /> John Stewart stated that Brian lj.....2-f is shown as 32 feet and should <br /> be 36 feet. <br /> Mort Huber, Acorn Creek development, (north of Centerville <br /> Heights and east of Mill Road) and Richard Chromey, Centerhill <br /> development, (north of Royal Meadows, west of 20th Avenue and <br /> east, of Acorn Creek), presented site plans of their proposed <br /> developments and how they have tried to follow Planner <br /> recommendations and coordinate collector streets, parks, etc. <br /> L <br />
