Park and Recreation is <br /> 77 unable to take action as Gerry Rehbein did not provide his <br /> 78 written proposal for an alternative dedication of acreage from <br /> 79 the Moore property as per the March meeting discussion. P &R <br /> 80 members did walk the existing proposal park site in March. <br /> 81 <br /> 82 Financial Report <br /> 83 <br /> 84 Motion by Pelton, second by Thompson to assign Thompson to work <br /> 85 with staff to generate a financial reporting system that meets <br /> 86 our needs, to report at next meeting; motion carried unanimously. <br /> 87 <br /> 88 Report on Rink - Rap -up <br /> 89 <br /> 90 Mike and Rick met on March 23, to review post season. Advertise November 1st at City Hall, paper, cable, <br /> 96 CYHA newsletter. <br /> 97 3. $5.50 hour <br /> 98 4. Must be at least 16 years old. <br /> 99 - Post work schedule on Friday - schedule starts Sunday. <br /> 100 - 3 schedules: 1 - Mike, 1 - Rick, 1 - Rink <br /> 101 - Two people to volunteer from committee to work rink. <br /> 102 - Time sheets must be signed. <br /> 103 - When late for work or when they leave early, dock them. <br /> 104 - Locked furnace room and garage during warming house hours. <br /> 105 - Phone out in public area for their use. <br /> 106 - Put a cage over thermostat. <br /> 107 - Purchase set back thermostat. <br /> 108 - Cages over lites. <br />
