Plan. 1/97 <br /> Fund raising <br /> Tree Farm October /Annually <br /> Night Golf July /Annually <br /> Five Year Capital Improvement Plan. <br /> Motion by Dixon, second by Pelton to adopt the Capital <br /> Improvement Plan for Centerville Park and Pedestrian System <br /> Development with the following changes: <br /> Now Reads: <br /> "Appraised @ $66,000. Asking price: same as city <br /> hall site, $17,241 /acre or $206,896.55" <br /> Amend to Read: <br /> "Appraised @ $66,000. Asking price: same as city <br /> hall site, $10,395 /acre or $124,740.00 ", <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br />
