In order to better position the City for upcoming grant opportunities the City must produce this document within a minimum time frame. To proceed expeditiously and contain costs, we offer the following matrix of tasks, responsible parties and anticipated time frames. Potentially the steering committe would indude one Councilmember, one Park and Recreation member, one dty staff person, John Stewart (or assigned), and be headed by Carol Zoff Pelton. These members will be responsible for the majority of the actual work of producing the document. In addition, they will be responsible for keeping their respective council/ committee - members informed of our work and the steering committee of their feedback.
