Volunteers are desperately needed. If you can help for a couple of hours, please <br /> show up at the park. <br /> * The pre - application for the Livable Communities Act Grant was delivered to Saint Paul <br /> this afternoon. Hopefully, we will be invited to submit a full application. <br /> * The joint meeting between the City Council and Planning Commission was successful. A <br /> final draft of Ordinance #4 will be available at the next Council meeting. <br /> * Rick Carlson wants to start grading the former Prachar property south of LaMotte Park. <br /> He has received his RCWD permit. Mr. Carlson is upgrading his home value expectations <br /> to $250,000 - $350,000. He will be looking for Council approval of his grading plan and <br /> grading permit at the next Council meeting. <br /> * I have been in contact with a developer that is expressing interest in purchasing the <br /> property south of Center Oaks owned by Gor -em.
