He then thanked the Developer for the hours of wildlife viewing they <br /> hav� gQtten from th� �utlot. <br /> Mr. Jim Juhl, President of Eagle Pass Single Townhome Associa.tion addressed Council <br /> and noted the main concern for the Association is tha.t they can only add seven (7) more <br /> units ta their Association according to the byla.ws. He then stated his Association would <br /> apgr�cia.t� it if th� new buiidings had a new Association creat�d for them. He outlined <br /> various civil issues the Association has with the builder. <br /> Mr. Juhi noted the park on I}upre Road bas never been finished, and the shart concrete <br /> , pad is acting as a magnet f�►� t�enage kids t� �ather� smok� and talk smart. He asked that <br /> something be done to curb that. He then stated he would like to see more streetlights in <br /> the new development, and possibly some added to his current development. <br /> Mr. Juht told the Develo�er he had information that led him to befieve the Outlots are <br /> de�desi into his AssQCiati�n. Th� Develop�r noted he w�uld research that issue and <br /> thanked Mr.1�uh1 for the information. <br /> Council Member Capra asked if the bylaws of the Association couid be amended to <br /> inclnde m�r� homes. Mr. Juhl �xplained he believed they could be amended but a <br /> request for an amendment would need to go through the State.
