Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 5. Resolution #O 1-007 — Pheasant Marsh. <br /> Mr. March explained �round Development has requested the City finance its proposed <br /> development through the 429 Process, and this Resolution is a Resoiution to declare the <br /> adequacy of the petition, and authorize the preparation of a feasibility study. <br /> City Attorney Hoe$ noted he wauld be preparing a draft of the Deveioper's Agreement <br /> for review. <br /> Motion by Council Member Capra, seconded bv Council Member Travis to approve <br /> Resolution O1-407 as uresented. All in favor, Motion carried uuanimoustv. <br /> 6. Residentiat Street Cra.ck Fitliri�. <br /> Mr. Palzer earp�ained he had received five (5) quotes for crack filling, noting the City is <br /> on a program where it requests quotes for a three (3) year period to hedge offcosts in the <br /> future. The bids are based on 15,000 feet of crack filling. He then recommended <br /> Council accept the bi� from Ailied Bla�ktop �ompany for 39 cents per lineal foot, for the <br /> next three (3) years. <br /> Mayor Swedberg questioned how the blacktop companies could afford to keep the prices , <br /> consistent for three (3) yeazs based �n the fluctuation in petroleum prices. Mr. March ' <br /> noted it is surprising they are able to quote a price for a three (3) year period but stated it <br /> appeazed to be a good deal for the City. <br /> Motion bv Council Member Nelson, seconded bv Councii Member Tr.tvis ta accept <br /> the bid of Allied Bla��top Co�aanv for vears 2001 �or �5�000 fect �f crack <br /> fillin� at 39 cents per lineal foot. He then noted Staff is requesting approval to purchase offthe rack <br /> residential cabmets with a countertop that public works will stain and vamish.
