Mr. Anderson and Mr. Henrich were fine with this outcome for the time <br /> being, but if it continues long into the future, they will appear before the Committee <br /> again. <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS FOR WHEELS PARK <br /> Turn Around Time for Equinment Orders <br /> Ms. Lien e�cplained that she had contacted both vendors regarding shipment timeframes. <br /> Gerry Sabol of SunRamp Solutions felt fairly confident that the pieces of equipment <br /> could be delivered by August 11 th , for sure they could be delivered by August 17�'. Tom <br /> Snook of SkateWave stated there is no way their equipment could be delivered by the <br /> 11 �`, but probably by August 17�`. <br /> Pick Out Specific Pieces of Equipment to Order <br /> The Committee elected to order the following pieces of equipment: <br /> SkateWave SunRam� Solutions <br /> (1) Fun Box $ 6,840 (1) Breaker $2,195 <br /> (1) Mini Haif Pipe $11,240 (1) Spine $2,695 <br /> (1) Spine (12') 6 270 (2) Quarter Pipes 6 990 <br /> Sub Total $24,350 Sub Tota1 $11,880 <br /> Tax (6.5%) 1,583 Tax (6.5%) 772 <br /> TOTAL $25,933 TOTAL $12,652 <br /> GRAND TOTAL OF $38,585 (both will require shipping and handling). <br /> Ms. Lien wiil contact t�th vendors to pla.ce the orders. <br /> , Installation (Timeframe and Who is to Perform� <br /> Ms. Lien explained that SunRamp Solutions would install the equipment where we want <br /> it. SkateWave will install the equipment at an additional cost, or can provide a supervisor <br /> to "over-see" the installation, but this would cost an additional $600. The Committee <br /> elected to install the equipment on Friday, August 17�', and possibly the morning of the <br /> I 18�' if necessary. Mr. Lee volunteered to obtain the proper equipment for the installation <br /> project. <br /> 2 <br />
