They have requested a <br /> building permit for their first model home. <br /> * Congratutations to Mayor Wilharber for being promoted to CW5 this week. <br /> * The clutch burr�ed out in the new tractor. The tractor is being repaired by the dealer. I <br /> * I received a call from a resident on Tourvi(le Circle. She lives next to a rental property �� <br /> and is in favor of the City adopting a rental ordinance. She wanted to know when the next <br /> Council meeting was scheduled to voice her support. <br /> '` Rick Carlson stopped in my office this morning. Mr. Carlson wants to continue to pursue <br /> developing the former Prachar property south of LaMotte Park. Mr. Carlson wants to <br /> present his concept to the Park and Recreation committee at their next meeting. <br /> * Mr. Mike Navin will be presenting the park and recreation committee's goals for the next <br /> three years at the next Council meeting. I would anticipate that the City would like to <br /> submit another grant application to the DNR's Outdoor Recreation Program for LaMotte <br /> , Park. This grant is due in the spring. The park and recreation committee is supportive of <br /> � this effort.
