The committee asked Aimee �airbrother to contact 3im March in regards to this issue bringing up the following criteria: 1: Need for one contacC person that has l�nowledge of any activity going on in any of the different Design Team sub-committee groups. This person would need to be notified of AN� lett�rs, conespondence, meetings, etc. thax go on in ALL sub-committees. The purpose of this person would be to eliminate the duplication of work, protect the reputaxion of the city, and serve as a communication and networking tool. This contact would be able to approve any formal verbal or written use of the I?esign Team name, as well as func�s available �or reimbursement. This person would communicate with EDC on a regular basis to assure EDC's knowtedge ofactivity in a1t sub-committee areas. EDC FUND-RAISERS Aimee Fairbrother indicatect that the tast meeting the committee was discussing the possibility of selling city shirts, sweat shirts, denim shirts, hats, and co�ee mugs as an additional source of revenue for �DC/Design Team expenditures. The committee is interested in looking into selling city merchandise, and requested that Aimee Fairbrother took into the process. ADJOURN Motion to adjourn at 8:40 made by Chairperson Rehbine.
