CITY OF CENTERVILLE RESOLUTION 96-07 A resolution ordering preparation of report on improvement. WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement between Brian Drive and 20th Avenue, south of Main Street, and also an extention of Brian Drive, south of Main Street is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. OF CENTERVll..LE, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvement be referred to MSA Consulting Engineers for study and that they are instruction to report to the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be lIUijte as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
