<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 96-08 <br /> <br />A resolution ordering improvement and preparation of plans. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 96-06 of the council, adopted January 24, 1996, fixed <br />a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of water main extension west <br />on Main Street from Mill Road to Progress Road, north to Westview Street and also two <br />watermain alternate routes: south off of Grange View between lots 4 and S of the L'AIlier <br />Estates, north along the northern portion of the Dupre property, south to the Elementary <br />School, and to consider the street improvement of Progress Road north of Main Street to <br />a 9-ton road, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111, and this <br />feasibility study was received by the council on January 24, 1996. <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing <br />was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 14th day ofFebroary 1996, at which <br />all person desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVll.LE, MINNESOTA, that such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed to <br />the council with alternative routes also discribed. <br /> <br />MSA is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
