<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 96-09 <br /> <br />A resolution calling for preliminary plat public hearing on improvement and an <br />improvement hearing for utilities. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 96-07 that the council adopted January 24, 1996, a <br />feasibility study is being prepared by MSA Engineers with reference to the improvement <br />between Brian Drive and 20th Avenue, south of Main Street, and also an extention of <br />Brian Drive, south of Main Street (Clearwater Meadows). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />The council will consider the improvements in accordance with the feasibility study and <br />the assessements of such property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesotat Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />A public hearing shaD be held on the preliminary plat for such proposed improvement on <br />the 19th day of March, 1996, in the council chamber of the city hall at 7:00 p.m. before <br />the p1aJUlif\g and zoning commission and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice <br />of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />And that an improvement public hear;ng shall be held on such proposed improvements at <br />7:00 P.M., on March 27, 1996 in the council chambers of city hall and the clerk shall give <br />mailed notice and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of Centerville this 28th day of February, 1996. <br /> <br />~~ <br />Tom Wdharber, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~,~~u <br /> <br />Trudi Breuninger, City Clerk 0 <br /> <br />Clearwater Meadows <br />
