<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RESOLUTION 96-11 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESIGNATION OF FISCAL YEAR 1996-1997 <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$22,607 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City ofCenterville will receive $22,607 in 1996-1997 Community <br />Development Block Grant funding, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville has reviewed and evaluated <br />alternative projects proposed for Community Development Block Grant funding, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City of Centerville to utilize said <br />funds to assist low and moderate income individuals, provide job opportunities for low <br />and moderated income individuals, and address areas of slum and blight, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain public service agencies providing valuable <br />service to low and moderate income individuals within the community merit financial <br />assistance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />CenterviHe hereby approves, with concurrence of Anoka County, the following allotments <br />of 1997-1997 Community Development Block Grant funds: <br /> <br />Public Service: <br />ACCAP (Senior Outreach) <br />Meals on Wheels <br /> <br />$ 721 <br />$ 3,73J <br /> <br />Public Facilities <br />Accessibility Improvements (ADA) <br /> <br />$ 5,000 <br /> <br />Housing: <br />.,. Senior Housing Program <br /> <br />$11,573 <br /> <br />Planning!
