<br />~ , <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 96-13 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 96-07 the council adopted January 24, 1996, a report <br />has been prepared by MSA with reference to the improvement of utilities to current <br />residents of Brian Drive South and the Clearwater Meadows project, and this report was <br />received by the council on March 27, 1996; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, resolution 96-09 that the council adopted February 28, 1996, a date for a <br />council hearing on the proposed improvement was set; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing <br />was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 27th day of March, 1996, at which all <br />persons desiring to be heard were give an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA:. <br /> <br />That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the feasibility study prepared by <br />MSA received on March 27, 1996. <br /> <br />MSA is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
