<br />/ <br /> <br />(..... <br />( <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-38 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE TWO PROPOSALS FROM RO-SO CONTRACTING FOR <br />OUTSIDE WATERMAIN AND BUILDING, AND ELECTRICAL AND ~ECHANICAL <br />WITH REGARD TO MUNICIPAL WATER IMPROVEMENT #87-2. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville met on <br />Wednesday, April 27, 1988 at 7:00 p.m. in City Hall, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received two quotes for Water System <br />Control Building and Well and Tower Piping, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, one quote received was from Lake Area Utility <br />Contracting. Inc., with the proposals of $14,850 for Wateraain <br />and $14,950 for Control Building, and <br /> <br />WHERIAS. the second quote received was from Ro-So Contractina, <br />Inc.. with the proposals of $14,900 for Outside Watermain and <br />Building and $14.000 for Electrical and Mechanical, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the two <br />proposals from Ro-So Contracting, Inc., <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Centerville acoepts the two reoommended proposals and,gives <br />Notice of Award to Ro-So Contracting, Inc. for Outside Watermain <br />and Building and for Electrioal and Meohanical. and <br /> <br />BE IT FORTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Centerville directs the City Engineer to work with the City ,Clerk <br />to prepare standard oontract doouments with Ro-SoContractina. <br />Ino.. which will be reviewed by the City Attorney, and <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVID that after approval of oontracts by the City <br />Attorney. Mayor L'Allier will execute the contracts; and <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that to expedite the process the City <br />Council at this time gives authorization to the City Knaineer 'to <br />execute Notice to Proceed wi'th Ro-So Contracting for Outside- <br />Wateraain and Building, and for Electrical and Mechanical based <br />upon 'the above quotes and contingent upon proper execu'tion of <br />contract documents with regard to Municipal Water Improyement <br />#87-2. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council this 27th day of April. 1988. <br /> <br />~- //.
