<br />Article V <br />MEETINGS <br /> <br />A. MEETINGS <br /> <br />The committee will meet once each month on the second (2nd) <br />Tuesday of the month. However, the schedule may be amended <br />from time to time to suit the convenience of the members. <br /> <br />B. Special Meetings <br /> <br />Special meetings can be held at the request of the chairperson <br />or if a majority of the members so desire. Notification of <br />special meetings mUF;lt be made at least five (5) days in advance <br />of the meeting date. Special meetings may consider only those <br />items so specified in advance. <br /> <br />C. Agenda <br /> <br />An agenda will be prepared and mailed to all committee members <br />at.least one (1) week in advance of any meeting. <br /> <br />D. Quorum <br /> <br />A quorum will consist of three (J) or more members of the <br />Parks and Recreation Committee and a majority vote of members <br />present and voting shall decide all questions. When a quorum <br />does not exist, the members present may proceed, but no business <br />can be acted upon. <br /> <br />E. Per Diem <br /> <br />All members of the committee will receive a per diem for <br />expenses related to attendance at the Park and Recreation <br />Committee meetings, at the rate established by the Centerville <br />City Council. <br /> <br />Article VI <br />TASK FORCES <br /> <br />Task Forces may be appointed and charged by the Chairperson of <br />the Park and Recreation Committee as from time to time deemed <br />necessary.
