<br /> <br /> <br />Article VII <br />AUTHORITY <br /> <br />The authority of this committee is governed by the Centerville <br />City Council and shall conduct its meetings pur.suant to <br />Robert's Rules of Order. <br /> <br />Article VIII <br />ANNUAL FINANCIAL BUDGET <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Committee will formulate an annual <br />financial budget to be submitted to the Centerville City <br />Council upon request for the Council's consideration and <br />approval. <br /> <br />Article IX <br />AMENIJ4li;N TS <br /> <br />These bylaw,s may be amended or annulled by a majority of the <br />Park and Recreation Committee at any regular meeting of the <br />committee, provided the members have been notified by mailing <br />the proposed amendment not less than thirty (JO) days in <br />advance of the meeting at which a vote will be taken. <br />
