CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-07 <br />26 February 1996. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake operates and maintains a municipal sanitary sewer as a public utility for <br />the benefit of it's residents, and <br />WHEREAS, the cost of operating said sanitary sewer is determined by the Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission (MWCC) annually based upon it's costs of operation, and. <br />WHEREAS, current and future maintenance costs are the responsibility of the City of Gem Lake, and <br />WHEREAS, funding of operating and maintenance costs is derived from local sewer user charges established <br />by resolution of the Gem. Lake City. Council. <br />NOW 'THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby <br />approve the following rates and fees to be set for the use of the municipal sanitary sewer system operated <br />as a public utility by the City of Gem Lake, said rates to be effective at the next billing date for services. <br />1996 RESIDENTIAL SEWER CHARGES <br />Municipal Sanitary Sewer Charge $ 112.00 per Unit <br />1996 COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL SERVICE CHARGE <br />Municipal Sanitary Sewer Charge $ 112.00 per Unit <br />1996 METERED SANITARY SEWER CHARGE <br />Municipal Sanitary Sewer Charge $ 1 10 per 1.,000gaIlons <br />1996 INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH USER CHARGE <br />Municipal Sanitary.
