CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-08 <br />26 February 1996. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gern Lake provides services as well as dissemination of public information to all <br />persons in accordance with United States, State of Minnesota, County ofRamsey and City of Gem Lake laws <br />and ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, said services and dissemination ofinformation have exceptional costs associated with providing <br />same to thegeneral public which are beyond budgeted costs; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake wishes to establish a fair and uniform basis for providing said services <br />and information to all persons so requesting. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby <br />establish and approve the rates and fees set forth herein for the use of the City staff' in providing said services <br />and information, said rates to become effective immediately and to be reviewed annually unless otherwise <br />required. <br />DOCUMENT SALES (per document) <br />01 - 10 Pages Prepaid Postage <br />l ] - 20 Pages.
