CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-09 <br />26 February 1996 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake. and Ramsey County have planned the improvement of County Road E <br />(CSAH 15) from LaBore Road to Trunk Highway 61; and <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County will be expending County State Aid Highway funds S.A.P. 62-615-15 on the <br />improvement of said street; and <br />WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved minimum standards as previously adopted <br />for such County State Aid streets and that approval of the proposed construction as a County State Aid street <br />project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions; and <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this <br />construction as a County State Aid projectin the City has been determined.. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City bymeans of this resolutionrequests the County <br />to restrict the parking of motor vehicles on the north side of County Road E from LaBore Road to Trunk <br />Highway 61, <br />
