CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-04 <br />21 January 1997 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake has approved lawful gambling by charitable non-profit organizations <br />within the city; and <br />WHEREAS, all lawful gambling within the city limits of the City of Gem Lake is subjectto all laws and <br />ordinances of the State of. Minnesota, the County of Ramsey, and the City of Gem Lake; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Gem Lake intends to allow gambling by charitable organizations <br />to .continue during 1997; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Gem Lake reserves the right to suspend or revoke the gambling <br />license or gambling exemption of any organization upon review and due process. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota hereby approves the following gambling license(s): <br />GAMBLING LICENSE(S) <br />OPERATING LOCATION <br />Lions Club Of White. Bear Lake. <br />Country Lounge, Inc. <br />
