CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-05 <br />21. January 1997 <br />WHEREAS, Country Lounge, Inc. has appliedfor renewal of a Cigarette License for the period 01 January <br />1997 through 31 December 1997; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has paid all fees and met all requirements of the application process; and. <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has operated the establishment without incident during 1996. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby <br />approve issuance of the following licenses to Country Lounge, Inc.' <br />CIGARETTE LICENSE <br />
