MINUTES OF A MEETINGOF THE JURISDICTIONS <br />THAT CONTRACT WITH RAMSEY COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT <br />FOR POLICE SERVICES. <br />JUNE 17, 2004 <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:06 a.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />• George Altendorfer, Ramsey County Sheriffs Department <br />• Roland Birkebak, City of Gem Lake <br />.➢ Joel Hanson, City of Little Canada <br />• Joe Paget, Ramsey County Sheriff's. Department <br />`v Jan Reagan, White Bear Township <br />• Mike Salter, Ramsey County Sheriffs Department <br />• Terry Schwerm, City of Shoreview <br />• Bill Short, White Bear Township <br />r Gerry Urban, City of Vadnais Heights <br />• Michelle Wolfe, City of Arden Hills <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of May 20, 2004, were approved as submitted. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />NATIONAL NIGHT OUT PLANNING <br />Lt. Paget updated the Group regarding National Night Out, noting that Deputy <br />Ruettimann was not available to attend today's meeting. He stated that this <br />year's NNO will be held on August 3rd, and Deputy Ruettimann will prepare a <br />press release far publication in our Local paper. He stated that registration forms <br />will be mailed to all Block Captains by June 21st, and he will request that they <br />be returned by July 30th. The list of gatherings will be faxed to each community <br />prior to the event. <br />Lt. Paget reported that Deputy Ruettimann intends to purchase Child Internet <br />Safety Mouse Pads to hand out during NNO, and if anyone wants to order them <br />for their community, they should contact him. Altendorfer noted there will only <br />be a few to hand out at each event, due to budget constraints. The cost is $1.18 <br />per mouse pad. Lt. Paget will provide a sample for the next meeting. <br />
