Once the traffic leaves <br />these roads the local neighborhood streets would not experience a noticeable difference in traffic. <br />Residents from Vadnais Heights already shop at other retail centers and grocery stores, and eat <br />at restaurants in surrounding communities. Certainly many new trips would be generated from <br />within the neighborhood, as residents increase their shopping trips due to convenience. More <br />commonly;internal travel patterns would .change, as residents begin changing their travel <br />patterns to shop at a retail center within the community. <br />cih <br />
