Goal A: (Continued) <br />Objective A-9: <br />Discourage development parcels from being unduly compromised by <br />the approval of buildings which interfere with traffic access or break <br />parcels into less than optimal sizes or shapes. <br />Objective A-10: Ensure that the development meets high standards of design quality, <br />investment level and job creation, and to create and sustain quality <br />jobs. <br />Objective A-11: Plan for an element of public land and services such as parks, trailways, <br />open space, fire station, library, city hall and post office. <br />Objective A-12: <br />All site plans and parking layouts shall include at least 50% of the <br />required number of handicap parking spaces to be adjacent to a side <br />walk providing direct access to the business establishment whereby <br />handicap individuals are not required to cross a street or vehicle drive <br />way aisle: All such spaces shall be well maintained. <br />
