Marshall:and State -'.of Minnesota rules; and <br />WHtRRAS, by means of.Resoltition No. 2001-0.1 the City Council has adopted fees.for City services <br />performed Ordinance <br />No. 77 requires that certain costs be associated with .fire inspections associated with the Ordinance. <br />NOW .THEREFORE BE..IT.RE:SOLVED, that the City .Council of the City of Gem Lake.by means of this Resoiutioti Nd; <br />2001-15:4ppr6ves arnendnient of.the City'.s fee schedule to include fetes .for Fire.
