CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO.2001-16 <br />21 May 2001 <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk hat4etermined a need to repeal Ordinance No. 24 as regulations are hot. in keepir g.with current <br />Standards and requirements: of the.Chief Building Official.and the.State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, a replacement ordiitancc should be drafted that more closely Complies with the -*Ge;n .Lake. Cpmprehensive. <br />Municipal Plan,State Building Inspector, and State of Minnesota rules; abd <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk in conjunction with the Chief Building Official andCi y Attorney have drafted a new (Proposed) <br />Ordinance.. No 78 that more closely reflects the Comprehensive Municipal Plan.and State of Minnesota rules. and. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has.reviewed the proposed ordinance and held a. publichearing..regarding the:matter, said <br />bearing having; .been duty published and considered the input of the public in it's. recommendation; and <br />WHEREAS. the planning. Commission in its role as.advisoty body to the City Council has.rnade a recommendation that <br />(Proposed) Ordinance No.. 78,.
