CITY OF GENT LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO.200130 <br />.17 December 2001 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake has approvedlawful gambling-by.charitable'rton-profit organizations within. the city; and <br />WHEREAS: all lawful gambling within the city limits of the <~ityof Gem Lake.is subject to all. laws and ordinances of the .State. <br />of Minnesota, the County. of Ramsey, and the City of Gem Lake; and <br />WHEREAS. the C: ity Council of the City of Gem Lake intends. to a low gambling by charitable organizations to continue.during <br />?602; and <br />WHEREAS, RFAS, the City Council ofthe City of Gem Lake reserves the right to suspend or revoke the game 41ing license or gambling <br />exempt ion. of any organization upon review and due process. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council Qfthe City ofGem Lake; Ramsey.
