CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br />September 27, 2025 <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota shall consider an application from Jeff and Nikki Foley for a Conditional Use Permit to <br />establish a Home Occupation, providing financial services, occupying more than 50% of the residence <br />and a Variance for the number of off-street parking spaces and number of non-residential employees <br />allowed. The hearing will take place at the Planning Commission meeting on October 7, 2025, at <br />approximately 7:00 p.m. at the Gem Lake City Hall (4200 Otter Lake Road).
