Table: .8 shows <br />jurisdiction of road mileage once the functional consolidation project <br />has been implemented. Ramsey County's percentage of roadway to <br />maintain within Gem. Gem .Lake supports the 1-35E corridor study which includes the <br />recommendations listed above (6:2.1). The study identified. the <br />need. to establish arterial and collector routes serving -the <br />northeastern metropolitan area.. The relocation.of Otter Lake.
