Barriers at Forest. Street Bridge;. Physical barriers; if used, under or. near the Forest <br />Street Bridge (Bridge No. 5962), a contributing resource to the SIPS&TF/Omaha <br />Road Railroad Corridor Historic District. consulting Parties.shall review Project <br />elements within an area that extends approximately 200 feet on either side of the <br />point at which the dedicated. guideway crosses the centerline of Forest SItreet <br />North. <br />iii. Johnson Parkway Br. <br />idge.Area: The Johnson Parkway Bridge, which passes over <br />Johnson Parkway and is located near Phalen Park, and:associated Project <br />elements, including but not limited to retaining walls, trail connections, sidewalks, <br />and BIVIPs. The Metropolitan Council should consider the mass, scale, and overall <br />design of the bridge span, piers, railings, and abutments,. and incorporate plantings <br />in keeping with the park -like setting of the historic parkway and Saint Paul's <br />Grand Round, Consulting Parties,shall review Project elements within an area that <br />extends approximately 700 feet south and approximately, 500 feet north of the <br />point at which the bridge crosses the centerline of Johnson Parkway. <br />iv. Weaver Trail Underpass Area: Project elements near Madeline L. Weaver <br />.Elementary School,. including but not limited to the Weaver Trail Underpass, <br />trails, vegetation, and stormwater BMPs, The Metropolitan Council should <br />consider the structure's mass, scale, and overall design of the. bridge span, piers, <br />railings, and abutments, and its visibility within the historic property's viewshed. <br />Vegetative screening shall be preserved or reestablished. between the Project <br />elements and historic properties where possible. Consulting Parties shall review <br />Project elements within an. area that extends approximately 400 feet south and <br />approximately 800 feet north of the centerline of the proposed Weaver Trail <br />Underpass.. <br />v. Dedicated Guideway and Fitch/Barclay Trail Underpass: Project elements near <br />the 1868 railroad roadway remnants between Kohiman Avenue and. Beam Avenue <br />(XX-RRD-NPR002) and/or between Gervais Avenue and County Road C (XX- <br />RRD-NPR003), if it is determined through Stipulation V1ll,A that.it is prudent <br />and feasible for the Project.to avoid one or both of the historic properties. <br />Consulting Parties shall review Project elements within an area that extends <br />approximately 300 feet on either end of the 1868 railroad roadway remnant as <br />Rush Line BRT 54 USC§ 306108 MOA I3 <br />
