Avenue <br />and County Road: C (XX-RRD-NPR003), if it is determined through Stipulation <br />VIII.A that`it is prudent and feasible for the Project to avoid. one or both of <br />historic properties. <br />iii. Depending on the type of historic property and the nature and scale of the <br />anticipated effects, the Metropolitan Council may include the following measures <br />in the CPPHP: <br />a. Construction. Protection Measures (CPMs) detailing specific protection <br />measures and procedures to be implemented during project construction to <br />protect historic properties. <br />b. Historic.Property Inspections (pre-, during, and post -construction) that <br />provide a baseline of existing structural and physical conditions to facilitate <br />Identification and documentation of any structural and/or cosmetic damage <br />caused by Project construction. Inspections shall include, but are not limited <br />to, building/structure foundations, exterior and interior elements, topography, <br />landscaping, and any other historically significant or character defining <br />features of the property to document. any pre-existing defects or other damage. <br />Inspection documentation shall include photographs and narrative to <br />document the observed conditions before and after Project construction, and <br />.as needed during Project construction. Depending on the type and nature of <br />the historic property and anticipated effects to it, photographic documentation <br />should include, but is. not limited to: ceilings, roofs, exterior and interior walls, <br />windows, masonry; foundations, all sides of the exterior of the building, <br />structure: and bridge wingwalls,. beams, substructures and superstructures;. <br />plumbing, equipment, fences and landscape walls, topography, vegetation, <br />driveways and sidewalks, and any historically significant:or character - <br />defining features of the property, Photographs: shall be razor sharp in focus, <br />properly composed, and Iwith adequate lighting to clearly show existing <br />conditions such as deterioration and cracking that may be subject to dispute <br />after initiation of project construction. <br />c. When identified as appropriate for minimizing or'avoiding adverse effects to <br />historic properties, other types of potential measures may include, but are not <br />limited to, maintenance of access, vibration management and remediation, and <br />noise minimization and mitigation. <br />Rush Line BRT 54 USC § 306I08 MOA 15 <br />
