THE CLERK CALLED THE ROLL <br />PRESENT - H. Hoffman,Gray, Hansen, Arcand D. Hoffman and Art <br />Birkeland. <br />ABSENT - J. Morgan <br />3. ARCAND MOVED AND HANSEN SECONDED THAT THE READING OF THE MINUTES <br />OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD JUNE 15th 1965, BE DISPENSED WITH <br />ALL AYES. <br />%. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR - <br />a, Art Birkeland stated that New Building construction should <br />start within a week. Arcand moved and Gray seconded that the <br />Village aid with the draina a ditch around the new building <br />to an amount not to exceed 1300.00 - All ayes. <br />5.
