( eighty - seepnd meeting - Gem Lake Council - May 17th, 1966) <br />Note; In Hansens letter of March 5th 1966 he Pefers to a drainage <br />problem from the Bigelow driveway, north across Goose Lake <br />Road ( which is a county road ) and onto his lot at 1225 Goose <br />Lake Road. The clerk vas asked to Write to the County Engineer <br />about this - however the Clerk has examined the situation <br />s&nce and feels that there may be a very simple solutions for <br />the parties involved. <br />6. UNIFINISHIO BUSINESS <br />a. The clerk reported that our Nninicijal court resclution had <br />been passed by Little Canada, and Maplewood and that Judge Kirby <br />expected it tp pass Vadnais Heights to -night. This will enable <br />arrangements to be completed by July 1st 1966, <br />b. The clerk looked up the bottle club matter for Dwyer and reports <br />that though --Dwyer would have to get his license from the Liquor <br />Commission, the Village Council has a VETO on such matters. <br />7. NEW BUSINESS - <br />a. Matter of the Metropolitan Transit Commission - hold until <br />further notice. <br />8. REPORTS OF VILLAGE OFFICERS - <br />a. The clerk reported that his <br />would be �1, 942.29 <br />balance after "bills authorized" <br />b. The treasurer reported that his balance checked with the bank <br />and was N 064.22. <br />c. BILLS authorized were: <br />City Treasurer - May fire - ,'14 570 75.00 <br />Ramsey County Treas, police 3 nos. 571 362•75 <br />John Morgan Code books 572 3-00 <br />9.
