completed files, the complete file. shall be maintained at. the City <br />offices. As to all other files,. in the event Tokle desires to maintain <br />its own records outside of the City offices; it shall be allowed to <br />do so,. so long as Tokle is in full. compliance with the provisions of <br />Minn.. Stat. Chapter 13 and acts amended to thereof. That any <br />data practices request shall be directed. to the City and it shall be <br />the City responsibility to respond to any such data practices <br />request. Tokle. shall cooperate with the City in responding to the <br />data. practices request. Tokle shall also provide a detailed annual <br />report that will include an estimate of revenues and expenditures <br />for the succeeding year. <br />4.. Coordinate electrical. inspection work through the City's <br />Building Official .when other inspection work is also being done <br />on aparticular. site. <br />S. Tokle acknowledges that it will. respond to any data requests <br />made to the City of Gem Lake. <br />TERM. The inspection agreement shall be effective upon the. approval date of the City <br />Council and continue until terminated by .either party upon a 45-day written noticef . <br />thereof; whichever is less. <br />COMPENSATION. The fees ,for the. Consultant services shall be based on eighty percent <br />(80%) of the permit. fees as shown in Exhibit A (attached) within 30 days following <br />receipt of a Monthly invoice, Invoices for inspections which we're completed eighteen <br />(18) .months before.. submission of the: invoice shall be void and the City shall not be <br />required to remit payment. for such invoices. <br />INSURANCE. Tokle shall secure and maintain the following minimum insurance <br />coverages: <br />l . Worker's Compensation as required by Minnesota law <br />2. The general liability insurance and professional liability <br />insurance shall include a statement that such policies will not be <br />cancelled until after .thirty (30) days" written notice to the City of <br />the insurance company's intention to cancel. the insurance <br />coverage.
