Task.1.3 MS4 Inspections The City is required to complete the following iinspections.as part of their MS4.Program: • Structural. Stormwater.E3MPs —Annually s Ponds 100% during the.permit term • Outfalls--1.00% during the permit term • Stockpiles — Quarterly (NA — City does not own stockpiles) SEH staff will complete all necessary MS4 inspections... An additional four (4) hours is.budgeted for a staff engineer to respond to any illicit discharge identification or complaints following: MS4 inspections, Following the completion of MS4 inspections, SEH Staff ensure that that. all proper MS4 Documentation as required by the. MS4 perrnit has been completed and properly filed for future reference if/when .the City's M$4 program is audited by the MPCA. Task 2 MS4 Pro ram Updates Task 2.1 Meetings The application preparation. process will include up to six. (0) virtual meetings, including:. • A kickoff meeting with the. MS4 team to discuss the required program. updates and overall goals for the. future M5.4 program • Up to two (2) update and check-1n meetings with ,City Staff, to discuss updates and progress throughout project milestones. • Up. to: two (2).update and check -in meetings with the City. Engineer,.to discuss updates and progress throughout project milestones. • A follow up meeting to discuss completed updates to the policy documents and.regulatory mechanisms. Task 2.2. Regulatory Mechanism Review and Updates As part of the City's MS4. program, there are regulatory mechanisms in which the city must uphold. The 2020 MS4 permit requires updates to be made. to the City Code for sections pertaining to illicit discharge, including pet waste. -and salt use and:storaget and stormwater management. SEH will collaborate with Planning Commission and City Council and then review and. redline, relevant sections of. City Code and/or .policy to meet the requirements of the new MS4 permit.
