The City's Land Use ordinance for this area Identifies the potential fora parkway style roadway with large
1 expansive landscape .medians, which would require larger than normal rlw.
d. City should consider an encroachment.permIt, or an easement, or a license agreement for these uses
i instead, rather than .glving Ahern land.
e. What precedence is this setting?
f. What does the City Council want to do with !his area and Hoffman Rd.?
g; City needs to be aware.that there is currently nothing preventing traffic back ups out onto Hoffman Rd
from the drive through:
h. It is understood that the City is currently working on. an agreement for this land. It must be understood
what the land is being used for by the .Council and Planning Commission prior to making a decision. In.
additions the implications of the decision must be understood about this land and the different agreements
available.
1.
