Gateway District, the Zoning Adtmnistrator.shali ensure .that'the application iscomplete within fire (5) business <br />days of receipt. If the. application is. not complete, the Zoning Administrator shall return all materials with .an <br />explanation of what. s required to male the:. application complete. When. the application isdetermined tobe <br />complete, the Zoning Administrator shall: distribute. copies of all submitteddocuments to the City's appointed. <br />consultants in architecture, engineering and planning.
