9.1.2 Add :additional definitions: <br />Administrative Approval -. An approval provided by the Zoning Administrator for. a. Zoning <br />Compliance Permit when no action is required by the City Council on.a development:plan <br />provided in accordance with. section 9.8 of this Ordinance. No Conditional Uses or Variances can <br />be requested to use this approval process: <br />Apartment/Condominium - A structure with two or more dwelling units on a single lot. An <br />example is found in Template 9 of this Ordinance. <br />AutoOriented Layout.- An alternative layout standard for single-Lise Buildings and Retail/Office <br />Buildings designed and 't.ntended for occupancy by automotive service businesses utilizing drive. <br />though bays, service bays, or a combination thereof. An example is found in Template 15 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />Building Type Templates .: Figures 6 through 15 of this Ordinance are the Building Type Templates <br />designated for use in`the Gateway District. These templates contain all regulatory information <br />governing the dirnerlsiions of lots and the dimensions;setbacks, height, placement, and use of <br />buildings. in..the Gateway District. The terms and concepts used with Building Templates are further <br />defined in Section 9.5.2 of this Ordinance. <br />Bungalow Court - Four or more smaller standalone homes around a shared central court or walk <br />on a single lot, with pedestrian access to the.street. An example is found in Template 10 of this <br />Ordinance.. <br />city Architect - The City Architect is appointed to review all applications requiring. evaluation of the <br />Design Standards identified in Section 1.0.7 of this Ordinance. if deficiencies are noted, the City <br />Architect shall describe the deficiency and provide at least one complying alternative. <br />Girlie Space/Neighborhood Parks - Figures 4 and 5 of this Ordinance define. Civic Space and <br />Neighborhood Parks relating to the open spaces, preservation areas, parks., and gathering spaces <br />within this Ordinance. <br />Collar Building - Structures accompanying a commercial use with large parking requirements; <br />intended to. maintain storefronts and entrances on a public street. An example is found in Template <br />14b of this Ordinance: <br />Development for Master) Plan - A Development for Master) Plan provided by the applicant.for a <br />project that. contains all of the updates and changes identified in the; Preliminary PIan. Refer to <br />Section 9.7.1 step 4 of this Ordinance for: specifies.. <br />Development Agreement _ An agreement provided to the.City by the applicant to describe the <br />development that will be completed, along with a timetable for project completion. <br />Final Plat and Developmentfor Master) Plan Submission - The development data re -submitted <br />to the. City after the Preliminary Plan for a project to be approved. by the City, This Submission shall <br />contain the Final Subdivision.Plat and the Final Development (or Master) Plan for the project with all <br />changes and other data requested via the Preliminary Plan Procedure.. <br />
