1.) Subdivision of Property Form and Preliminary Subdivision Plan - details required for <br />subdivision of land.described in Ordinance 58, Subdivision Qrdinance. A cost sharing agreement <br />where the applicant agrees to reimburse the City for all expenses incurred through staff time and <br />from outside sources including, but not limited to engineers, attorneys, and outside consultants also <br />Will be required. <br />Details on what is to be provided may be found -in .Ordinance 58, Subdivis.ian Ordinance; Section <br />12.2. Eleven (11) copies. are to be provided to the Zoning Administrator with one copy reduced to <br />8>5" XI 1 ". <br />2.) A Planned Unit.Development (PUD.) application and a :Conditional Use Permit (CUP) of <br />Ordinance 43, Zoning Ordinance, shall be prepared in conjunction with the Zoning Compliance <br />Permit application.. <br />3.).A.Preliminary Development Plan (Master Plan) .with supporting documentation that addresses <br />all components of the proposed.deveiopment is to be completed and submitted to the Zoning <br />Administrator The applicant shall submit twelve (12) copies of all. applications and: required <br />supporting documents to the Zoning Administrator; including: <br />a) All drawings are to be to. scale unless waived by the Zoning Administrator; <br />b) A vicinity map to include locations of all externai public streets., railroads., major rivers/ <br />streams, and other major physical features within 500 feet of the proposed project site; <br />c) Present and proposed topography of the site and adjacent areas within 59 feet of the site <br />shown by contour lines at intervals of no more than five (5) feet along.with directional arrows <br />showing the present and proposed flow of storm water runoff from the site; <br />d} Grading and filling. plan(s) for the.:site; <br />e) Laoations of -existing and proposed structures an site with height. and gross. floor area.of <br />each. If pre -made construction pads will be provided for proposed. structures, show details for <br />these. pads; <br />f) Elevation views of.all proposed buildings and structures, with building materials and <br />proposed colors noted. Each building and structure should. be identified with the Building Type <br />Template found in.
