Variances and Variance Request Form - Provide:a list of any and all possible Variances <br />needed to accomplish the development. This list should be provided with a completed request for <br />Variances. <br />The applicant shall send twelve 12) copies of. all the abovelisted forms and.documents to the <br />Zoning Administrator. The Zoning Administrator. will review all material received to variety the. <br />completeness of the application. The Zoning Administrator may request additional information. <br />When the appllcation is determined to be complete, the Zoning Administrator shall sign. and date. <br />the 1}-Su bdivision request, 2).PUD.request,.3) Conditional Use request, and 4).
