Identify wetland. signing to be provided; <br />p} Locations and size of proposed signage (see Ordinance 109, Sign Ordinance);. <br />q} Location :and height.of'all proposed facilities (along thoroughfares and on and around all <br />buildings and structures); <br />r) Landscaping plan for entire site {refer to Ordinance 100, Landscaping Ordinance; <br />s} Locations, height, and material for screening walls and fences and other screening. devices; <br />t} Location and method of screening outdoor trash storage areas, if provided; <br />u} Phasing plans for the project, where applicable. <br />4.) Variances and Variance Request Form - Provide:a list of any and all possible Variances <br />needed to accomplish the development. This list should be provided with a completed request for <br />Variances. <br />The applicant shall send twelve 12) copies of. all the abovelisted forms and.documents to the <br />Zoning Administrator. The Zoning Administrator. will review all material received to variety the. <br />completeness of the application. The Zoning Administrator may request additional information. <br />When the appllcation is determined to be complete, the Zoning Administrator shall sign. and date. <br />the 1}-Su bdivision request, 2).PUD.request,.3) Conditional Use request, and 4). Variance request (if <br />applicable) which then initiates the 60 day time table as set forth in 5tate.statutes. The Zoning <br />Administrator shall then distribute, copies to those reviewing the: proposed project. <br />After all submittals are reviewed and: approved, the Zoning Administrator shall notify. the applicant of <br />approval to proceed to Step Three of this. Ordinance. <br />Step Three <br />Final Plat and Master Plan Submission <br />1.) Final Subdivision Piat.= Requirements for a:Subdivision Final Plat are found in Ordinance 58, <br />.Subdivision Ordinance; Section 12.3.: Eight (8) copies and one (1) reproducible: copy of the Plat <br />shall be provided to the Zoning Adrnihistrator The Final .Plat will then be verified for completeness. <br />which once determined, be forwarded to the Mayor. and City Clerk for signatures. The. applicant' <br />shall then have the Plat recorded with .th-e Ramsey County Register of Deeds within 60 days of final <br />
