(3) Ail SSTS existing :prior to. the effective date of this Ordinance shall. require an <br />Operating permit upon transfer of ownership, replacement, any modification or expaitsion that <br />requires. a permit;, or fvilowing any SSTS. on forcement.agtion. <br />(c) Department Response . <br />The Department shall review the rccbrd drawings, operation and maintenance manual, <br />management plan, maintenance and servicing contract, and any .other pertinent documents as <br />appropriate for accuracy and completeness.
