Engineer: and <br />WHEREAS, the final costs have been determined to be $68,250 for the roadway reconstruction portion ofthe project <br />-%i ith 73.btenefitted property unitsfor an assessment of $875 per benefitted property unit as assessment t#37061000; and <br />WHEREAS, the. final costs have been. determined to. be $517,400.for:the sanitary sewer portion of the project with 65 <br />tictietitted property units for all assessment. of ST960 per benefitted property unit as assessment ##37062000.: rind <br />WHE..1ti;AS, the City Council of the t-ty.of'Genr Lake has held a duly noticed public hearing for the purpose of <br />p1 csc tit ing the fineI costs and assessments to the* henefitted parties and receiving.the public's input regarding the project; <br />now, therefore, be it <br />R f SOLVED.
