ADOPTION IN AUGUST,•2005 BY THE GEM .LAKE PLANNING COMMISSION. WHEREAS, the City -Council of the City of Gem Lake did, in 2004, charge the. Gem Lake Planning Commission with the responsibility'bftecommending amendments to Ordinance No. 43F; the Zoning Ordinance, that would cause said local oantrdl tube representative of fhe .cotntnitments made in the Gem Lake Comprehensive Municipal Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission brought forth recommendations to the CitgCouncil in August, .2005 which; whlte deemed incomplete in other proposed amendment areas and in need Of fat hei study,:included complete .text for amendment of Section 18 in it'•s entirety; and WHEREAS•, the Chairman of the Gem Lake Planning. Commission .concurs'as of thisday4hat:the recommendations: for nmcndmmits proposed for Section 18, Ordinance No. 43F havtbeen made in accotd'aii&with the"c6mmendations of the Planning.
