BMP Description: By policy, the City currently has a program to review all land disturbing activities by a contracted civil engineering company <br />for compliance with the erosion and sediment controls of City ordinances prior to issuance of permits. <br />D. Minimum Control Measure Addressed: Construction Site Storm Water Controls <br />E. Describe the measurable that will be used to determine success or benefits of this BMP: <br />1. Review all development plans for all sites for which a grading or building permit is required and applied for, including sites less than 1 <br />acre. <br />2. Count and record the number of sites/projects reviewed. <br />3. Identify sites where additional storm water BMP's are needed or recommended and make recommendation to owner/developer or <br />permittee. <br />4. Count and record the number and type of BMP's installed that go beyond the minimum code requirements. <br />F. Describe the timeline or implementation schedule for this BMP: <br />1.
